Peak Season Surcharge: Peak season surcharge charged by the hotels and cruise providers from 15 Dec to 15 Jan will be charged extra. Any mandatory gala dinner charges by hotels for Christmas or New Year's Eve have to be paid extra.
Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed. Guests are requested to check the reviews, pictures, and hotel websites before confirmation and advise any change before booking.
Hotels permit only 3 people in a room. (Children below 5 yrs are complimentary). For an extra Adult / Child, an extra mattress shall be provided. Children above 5 yrs shall be charged fully. The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be subject to availability.
The checkout time of the hotel is 8 am, stay beyond the checkout time is purely at the discretion of the hotel. (There may be a time gap between check-out and ferry timings in Havelock, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing). For early check-in and late check-out, the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
The number of meals is always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival. The cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions (eg. Spa, Bar, Scuba diving, etc) is to be settled directly at the hotel or with the concerned vendor.
The operator reserves the right to re-arrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising any services.
Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owing to delay in reporting to the ferry point, climatic conditions, or any such events beyond our control. Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate backup options, the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.
The tour guide reserves the right to make changes/detours or omit any place of visit if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, road blockage, or security reason.
Andaman is a very peaceful place and the people here are very polite. Rude and objectionable language with staff and drivers is considered offensive. For any clarification during your tour please contact the tour manager.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children and infants (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. A child without age proof shall be considered for an adult cost.
You can make reservations with us by advising us of your acceptance of the tour and travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on a confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to be made a minimum of 03 days before the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before the commencement of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be canceled without any refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person
ü Prior to 45 days or more: No charge at all.
ü Between 44-31 days of departure: 30% of tour cost
ü Between 30-11 days of departure: 50% of tour cost
ü 10 days to the date of departure: 70%of tour cost
The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third-party service provider.
Force Majeure Cancellations
Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (Pandemic diseases, natural calamities, flight or cruise cancellations, political/communal disturbances, cyclones, etc) will be refunded as per our cancellation policy. Our liability will be restricted only to the services provided by Discover Andaman Holidays. For hotels & cruises, we shall refund only the actual amount as refunded by the hotel and cruise. Under no circumstances shall Discover Andaman Holidays be liable for a 100% refund in Force Majeure Cancellations.
GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any Person/Company using our website hereby gives consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Andaman Islands, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website (www.discoverandaman.in). Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Discover Andaman Holidays as a result of this agreement or use of this Web site.
Performance of this agreement by Discover Andaman Holidays is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this the agreement is in derogation of the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Discover Andaman Holidays with respect to such use.

Discover Andaman Holidays reserves the right to change and modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restrictions. However, Discover Andaman Holidays will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
We reserve the right to change your itinerary in case of any unforeseen conditions or events wherein the ferries or the attraction is closed or is under maintenance. If we come to know about such scenarios well in advance then we will update you and will plan accordingly. All water activities or rides are subject to weather condition. In case of bad weather the trip might get delayed or cancelled. Activities and Day trips cancellations because of weather conditions will be refunded to the maximum.
BANK & CREDIT CARD FEES
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and excursion on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Discover Andaman Holidays take no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly

We may use your information for suggesting products and promotional offers and schemes. We may also be sending you transactional updates as and when required.
