Where/Whom to meet?

You can present a printout or a mobile version of the voucher to our activity center in Havelock Jetty/Elephant beach. The detailed address and contact details will be mentioned in the confirmation voucher.

Confirmation Policy

The customer will receive an instant confirmation voucher for the booking. However, our executive will call you to re-confirm the booking and the timings within 24 hours.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the activity day for no penalty and a 100 % refund From 48 to 24 hours 50% refund is applicable and no refund is applicable if the activity is canceled within 24 hours.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we shall provide an alternate feasible activity.
