The remaining balance must be cleared one week prior to the check-in date.

Only one extra mattress is permitted per room.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before check-in: 5% processing fee
20–29 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount charged
Less than 20 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount charged
